Payment, service delivery and refunds
Qut Pay is subscription software (SaaS) that automates invoicing and payment tracking. The seller is individual entrepreneur INFOHUB.KZ, IIN 881218302809 (company details). Terms of use are set out in the public offer (in Russian).
What is sold
Access to the service for the chosen period under a plan. Prices are per month in Kazakhstani tenge and are final: no taxes or extra fees are added on top, and there is no delivery cost (the service is digital).

You can pay for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at once; the price is multiplied by the number of months. A new organization gets 7 days free. Details: Pricing.
How to order
- Sign up at qut.kz/app with your phone number and a confirmation code (or with Google).
- Create an organization.
- Open Tariff, choose a plan and a period (1–12 months).
- Press Pay: a payment page opens with the order amount and description.
- Pay with a method of your choice (below).
- The plan switches on automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed; the order shows as paid in the cabinet and you get a notification by e-mail or Telegram. Order history is in the same section.
Payment methods
- Kaspi: by QR code in the Kaspi.kz app or by link, or as an invoice sent to your number in the Kaspi.kz app (if enabled in the plan settings).
- Visa or Mastercard bank card: on the secure payment page of Halyk Bank (Epay) with 3-D Secure confirmation. This method is being connected.
Qut Pay charges no fee for paying for a plan.
Service delivery
- When: right after the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
- How: access in the personal cabinet at qut.kz/app; there is no physical delivery.
- Where: Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Restrictions: the service is for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered in Kazakhstan with a Kaspi Pay business account. The service itself has no export or licensing restrictions.
Cancelling an order
- Before payment you can simply not pay: an unpaid invoice closes automatically when it expires, and nothing is charged.
- After payment you can cancel at any time during the paid period by requesting a refund (below).
Refunds
- Send a request to kazprose@gmail.com or through Support in the cabinet: organization, order number, reason, and account details if the refund is not to the same card.
- We refund the cost of the full unused months of the paid period minus costs actually incurred (clause 4.4 of the offer).
- Decision and refund within 10 business days of the request.
- Money goes back the same way it was paid: to the same bank card or to Kaspi. How fast it reaches the card depends on the issuing bank, usually up to 30 days.
If the service did not work through our fault, we restore it and extend your plan for the downtime or refund that period, as you prefer. If you paid and the plan did not switch on, write to support: we will match the order by its number and switch the plan on manually.
Payment security
- Card details are entered only on the bank’s payment page; Qut Pay never receives, sees or stores the card number, expiry date or CVV.
- Card payments are confirmed with 3-D Secure (Visa Secure, Mastercard ID Check).
- The website and the cabinet are served over HTTPS (TLS); the cabinet is accessible only with a confirmed phone number.
- Every payment is checked against the bank’s notification and a repeated status query; suspicious activity is monitored automatically.
- Personal data is processed under the privacy policy (in Russian).
